Booking & Service Policy


1. Booking, Cancellation & Payment Policy
1.1 Free Cancellation
  • Free cancellation is permitted up to 7 days before the first service date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the first service date are non-refundable.

1.2 Reduction of Service (Multiple-Day Bookings)
  • Any reduction of service for multi-day bookings must be informed at least 3 days before the first service date, Except for Airport VIP Meet & Greet service, which is non-refundable.

1.3 VIP Meet & Greet Service
  • VIP Meet & Greet service is non-refundable under all circumstances.

1.4 Deposit Requirement
  • All bookings require a deposit in order to secure the service.

1.5 Balance Payment
  • The remaining balance must be fully settled on the first day of service. If the balance is not paid, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the remaining services without refund.


1.6 Cash Payment (USD / EUR)
  • We accept balance payment in cash (USD or EUR) only.

All banknotes must be:

    • Clean and in good condition
    • Not torn
    • Not written on
    • Not stamped or marked
    • Any damaged or unacceptable banknotes will be rejected, as banks do not accept them for exchange.
    • Exchange rates applied will be based on the company or Thai bank rate, not online or website rates, as conversion must be processed through the bank and subject to bank fees.
    • For USD, we only accept the following denominations: $100, $50, and $20.

    2. Service Hours

    2.1 Service Duration

      • Services are provided on a 5-hour or 10-hour basis.
      • Service time starts from the appointed pickup time or arrival time (for airport pickup) and ends at the final drop-off location.
      • For airport pickup, service time is counted from the flight arrival time, as the driver will be on standby in case of early or delayed flights.
      • During service hours, the driver will remain on standby and guests may request pickup at any time within the booked service period.


      2.2 Overtime Charges

      • After the booked service hours (5 or 10 hours), additional usage will be charged as overtime.
      • Standard overtime rate (VIP Van & Luxury Van): 600 THB per hour
      • Overtime after midnight (00:00): 1,200 THB per hour (double rate)

      2.3 Overtime Payment

      • Overtime fees must be settled one day before the last service day.

      2.4 Changes to Pickup Details

      • Any changes to pickup time or location must be informed at least 3 hours in advance.

      3. Airport & Other Transfer Services 

      • For departure transfers and point-to-point transfers, the complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes from the appointed pickup time.
      • Waiting time exceeding 30 minutes will be charged an additional waiting fee of: 600 THB per hour for all vehicle types.

      4. Tour Guide Service

      Tour guide service is available in:

        • Bangkok
        • Phuket
        • Chiang Mai
        • Service is provided during daytime only, with a maximum of 10 hours, between 07:00 – 20:00.

        5. Damage, Accident & Incident Policy

        5.1 Accidents Caused by Negligence or Intoxication
        • In the event of any accident caused by negligence or intoxication, the company shall not be responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons.

        5.2 Vehicle Damage
        • If any damage is caused to the vehicle during service, the company reserves the right to charge for repair costs based on the company’s discretion.

        6. Activities

          • All activities provided or conducted during the service must be legal under Thai law. Smoking and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are prohibited in accordance with Thai Transport Law.
          • The company, driver, and tour guide shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from illegal activities committed by guests during the service.

          7. Traffic & Time Delay Disclaimer

            • In case of traffic congestion, road accidents, guest delays, or other uncontrollable circumstances, the service time shall still be counted as scheduled.
            • No refund shall be provided for any delay caused by traffic conditions, accidents, guest lateness, or other external factors beyond the company’s control.

            8. Guest’s Responsibility

              • If a guest requests the driver to violate traffic laws, perform illegal parking, or drive at unsafe speeds, the driver reserves the right to refuse such requests.
              • The company shall not be responsible for any personal belongings left or lost in the vehicle.

              9. No-Show Policy

              • If a guest doesn’t show up, can’t be contacted, the service counts as used.
