Term and Conditions


1.0 Modifications & Amendments
All requests for modifications, amendments, or date changes must be submitted in writing and directed to the Prem Tours and Travel customer care team or your Prem Tours and Travel Tour Coordinator. Prem Tours and Travel will attempt to accommodate your request at no extra cost; however, some changes may incur additional fees. Date changes and amendments are subject to availability, and Prem Tours and Travel cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.

Prem Tours and Travel (or its partner operator) will make every effort to pick you up at the time and date specified on your voucher and itinerary. Please verify that all details on the voucher are correct. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that tour dates and times are accurate and meet their requirements, so please review the voucher carefully once issued.

2.0 Cancellation
Tours and Treks: At the time of booking, you will be required to pay either the full amount or a 20% deposit. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your card:

Cancellation 3+ days prior to tour departure: a refund will be provided.
Cancellation within 3 days prior to tour departure: no refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) and directed to the Prem Tours and Travel Customer Care Team.

Hotels:
If payment was made by credit card at our office: The refund will be available in cash for collection from our office.
If payment was made in cash at our office: The refund will be available in cash for collection from our office.
For cash refunds, if you are unable to collect from our office in Bangkok, we can issue a refund via bank transfer using a SWIFT code. You will need to provide your bank details, and we will deduct the bank transfer fee from the total refund amount. Please note that Prem Tours and Travel or any of the companies it represents will not be responsible for monetary compensation for lost time, missed onward transport connections, accommodation bookings, or similar issues.

3.0 Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
Prices listed on Prem Tours and Travel's websites are per person unless otherwise specified and are quoted in Thai baht. We do not guarantee any price quoted in a currency other than Thai baht. If you request a quote in another currency, the amount is subject to change based on the prevailing exchange rate until full payment has been made. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and full payment is made.

If your hotel is located outside the central area and you have not notified us, additional charges may apply. If you inform us of an outlying hotel after payment, we reserve the right to adjust the price to cover the extra expense of pick-up from an out-of-town or outlying resort (e.g., Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel in Bangkok).

Option prices are accurate at the time of the quote, but please be aware that they are subject to change without notice as they are set by independent organizations not controlled by Prem Tours and Travel.

4.0 Airport, Train, Bus Station, and Hotel Transfers
Prem Tours and Travel will make every effort to pick you up promptly at the designated airport, bus, or train station based on the arrival information you provide. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that correct arrival information is provided, including the specific airport, bus station, ferry port, or train station, as well as the flight number and arrival time (in 24-hour format). If your arrival transport is delayed by more than 3 hours, Prem Tours and Travel reserves the right to cancel the transport/transfer service, and the transfer fee will be forfeited by the client.

For hotel pick-ups and transfers, it is the client's responsibility to provide the full name and address of the hotel. If only the hotel name is provided, we will search online for the address, but it is ultimately the client's responsibility to ensure we have the correct details. We will include the hotel address in the payment request email, so please confirm that the address is accurate before proceeding with payment. Prem Tours and Travel must be informed of your hotel name and address at least 48 hours before your tour's scheduled departure time. Failure to provide this information in time may result in an inability to guarantee the pick-up time indicated on your itinerary. For hotel pick-ups by partner operators, the client must be ready and waiting before the earliest pick-up time stated on the confirmation voucher. The partner operator will strive to pick you up on time within the provided time window.

5.0 Timing and Curtailment
Prem Tours and Travel will make every effort to complete your itinerary within the allotted time. However, in rare circumstances (usually due to heavy traffic, delays, or the group's pace), it may not be possible to complete the full itinerary. In such cases, no refund or partial refund will be mandatory. Prem Tours and Travel will endeavor to follow your written itinerary but cannot guarantee the inclusion of any additional attractions not stated in the itinerary.

All stated return times are approximate and represent the average time a tour will return to your hotel. Actual return times may vary depending on factors such as hotel location, traffic conditions, tour pace, additional options, etc. On occasion, the tour may return significantly later than the time stated on the itinerary (please bear this in mind if planning activities after the tour). Prem Tours and Travel will not be responsible for any financial compensation for missed activities due to late return times.

If you have onward travel connections after the tour (e.g., flights or cruise ship departures), Prem Tours and Travel will strive to return you to your hotel or departure point in good time. However, Prem Tours and Travel will not be financially responsible for missed departures caused by delays beyond its control (e.g., traffic accidents).

6.0 Hotel Bookings
For hotels booked by Prem Tours and Travel, Prem Tours and Travel will not be responsible for the quality of services provided by the hotel or the quality of the accommodation. Prem Tours and Travel will not be liable for any financial compensation if the hotel does not meet customer expectations. Refunds for unused nights or no-shows will be in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy and will be subject to Prem Tours and Travel's handling charges.

7.0 Special Meal Requirements
If you have requested special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free), we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, as we work with a wide range of restaurants and local eateries, please note that our guides will do their utmost to ensure your dietary requirements are met, but the actual food preparation is beyond Prem Tours and Travel’s control. When we act as agents for a tour or activity company, we will ensure that your special dietary requirements are passed on to the operator, but again, the actual food preparation is beyond Prem Tours and Travel's control.

8.0 Visas
If you book a flight (or any cross-border transport) through Prem Tours and Travel, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the correct visa and passport validity to enter the destination country. Prem Tours and Travel can offer advice to the best of its staff's knowledge, but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining the correct visa lies with the customer. No refunds for flights (or any cross-border transport) will be provided if the customer is denied boarding or refused entry due to incorrect visa documentation.

9.0 Bangkok Shore Excursion Tours
Important information for Bangkok shore excursion tours: Prem Tours and Travel only offers privately escorted tours and does not provide group (seat-in-coach, join-in) tours from cruise ships. We understand that many customers choose to form their own groups with others they have met on internet forums (e.g., Cruise Critic). We are happy to facilitate this, but you will be treated as a single private group. We kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

Appoint a group leader who will be the main contact for the group. All correspondence and itineraries will be sent to the group leader, who will be responsible for distributing the information to the rest of the group. We will assume that the first person to contact us is the group leader unless otherwise instructed.
Be aware that we have different per person rates depending on group size. If group members drop out or new members join, the rate will be adjusted accordingly. Please note that if members drop out, the remaining group members will be charged a higher per person rate.

For deposit payments, we can help facilitate the booking and deposit payment process by splitting the deposit among group members as needed and emailing separate payment requests.
Cancellations for the whole group: If the entire group cancels, refunds of deposit amounts will be made in accordance with our normal refund policy.
